This workshop will focus on myofascial release techniques to help relieve chronic injuries and give a therapeutic deep tissue release throughout the entire body. Create more range of motion within the muscles and shorten recovery time with simple and useful self-administration trigger point work.
Save your Shoulders
Break down the biomechanics of the shoulder joint to gain proper alignment, safety, and strength in your practice. This hour and thirty minute workshop will take you through the anatomy of the shoulder and how it translates to the physical asanas. Save your shoulders and create stability in surrounding muscle groups to help you feel confident in your vinyasa practice.
Anatomy of an Inversion
The art of inverting can become a possibility with the proper mindset and full body connection. Learn to stabilize the shoulders, power up the legs and bridge upper and lower halves of the body by connecting to the core.
From arms to legs to backbend and folds, nothing will go overlooked in this anatomically balanced flow. Be challenge and restored in this Yin and Yang vinyasa flow class that will strengthen the muscles and also restore their flexibility. We won’t just stop at the physical body, the mind will be both calmed and challenged as well as tapping into and invigorating the senses. This class will leave you feeling like you can rule the world.
Ever wonder how yoga transitions can sometimes seem so effortless? How do you go from balancing on your arms to standing on your head with grace and ease? Or going from one arm balance to the next and even beginning to float with ease to the top of your mat. This workshop will break down those tricky transitions and give you the tools and tips to start controlling yourself from one pose to the next. Arm balancers and inverters of all levels are welcome to this workshop.
